Lyndsey’s the kind of person who can walk into something complex, build a system around it, and make it run better than it ever has before. She spent 25+ years leading projects, teams, and operations across tech, manufacturing, and highly regulated industries - often acting as the bridge between people and complex systems, turning real-world needs into solutions that actually work.
Now, she brings that same mindset into the hospitality world - trading corporate systems for a mobile kitchen, making sure everything behind the scenes runs like a machine and keeps ippa pgh moving.
What drives her most is people - understanding how they think, what they need, and how to create experiences that feel natural, not forced. At her core, she’s a problem solver - the reason things stay organized, the plans actually happen, and yes, the one keeping everyone in line behind the scenes (especially her sister).
Lyndsey’s usually planning her next trip - often around a concert - or experimenting in the kitchen with whatever’s on hand. She’s a natural mix of storyteller and listener (occasionally needing to “land the plane,” according to her family), and thrives on staying busy, checking things off a list, and always having something she’s working toward.
Meet the Team
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

Whitney’s been in the hospitality world for 25+ years -just about every corner of it. Country clubs, fine dining, casinos, sandwich shops, nightlife… if there’s food and people involved, she’s probably done it - and loved it.Along the way, she’s led sales teams across both foodservice manufacturing and distribution, working with everyone from major global brands to small, family-run producers and artisans - helping bring great products to market and onto plates.
After years of learning from some of the best in the industry, she decided it was time to bet on herself - and in ’25, she started laying the tracks for ippa pgh (partnering with her big sis).
Whitney is endlessly loyal to Pittsburgh, fully convinced this is the year the Pirates win it all, and never skips dessert. She’s drawn to the energy of a full room, great food, and the kind of moments that keep people coming back.
